HARD BOILED EGGS

Cooking time: 20 minutes

 

Ingredients: 

  • Organic eggs, 2
  • Boiling water

 
Instructions: 

  1. Using a Thermos® Food Jar, tilt it and place in the eggs and slowly move the food jar back to its vertical position.
  2. Add boiling water and fill it till 3/4 full. Preheat for 30 seconds and drain the water carefully.
  3. Refill boiling water till 3/4 full again and close the lid tightly. Set aside and let it steep for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove the eggs with a spoon and immerse in cold water. Eggs are ready to peel once they are cooled.
