Serves 1
Ingredients:
- Small potatoes, 3-4
- Tomato, 1
- Celery, 1/2 stalk
- Minced meat, 30 grams
- Dark soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon
- Potato starch, 1 teaspoon
- Salt, 1 teaspoon
- Chicken essence
- Pepper, to taste
- Oil, 1 tablespoon
- Rice, 50 grams
Instructions:
- Wash and dice small potatoes, tomato and celery.
- In a small bowl, add minced meat, dark soy sauce, potato starch, half teaspoon of salt and small amount water and mix well. Set aside.
- Boil water in a pot. When boiling, add in the diced potatoes, tomatoes and celery as well as a half teaspoon of salt, appropriate amount of chicken essence, pepper and oil. Let it boil under mid-high heat.
- When boiling, add marinated minced meat and turn off heat. Add rice and mix well.
- Pour soup rice into a Thermos® Food Jar, close the lid tightly and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes for heat insulation cooking.
Tip: For vegetarian option, replace marinated minced meat with diced tofu and chicken essence with vegetable stock.
