KIWI MANGO PORRIDGE

Ingredients (Serve 1):

  • Rice, 1/4 cup (30 grams)
  • Boiling Water
  • Kiwi, 1/2 
  • Mango, 1 
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your Thermos® Food Jar by filling it with hot water, close the lid and set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, remove both kiwi and mango's skins and cut into bite-size pieces. Set them aside. 
  3. Discard the water completely from the Food Jar, wipe and dry with clean towel.
  4. Fill the Food Jar with rice and pour in boiling water till the inner rim. Close the lid tightly and let it sit for at least 1 hour.
  5. Before meal, add in the fruit pieces, close the lid and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste and stir well before serving this delicious dish warm!
